Currently we have suspended Menulog delvery service. We had received many complaints from customers using Menulog delivery serivce. They slow to pick up the order ranging from 1 to 2 hours even sometimes not even picking up the order until we have to contact them few times. Contacting them for help has been testing our patience, In some occasions the customers have to come in the restaurant to pick up the order themselves.
Hence we have contacted Menulog to sort out the delivery issues 3 times, we were given the case number and promised someone will call us back Until now I am still waiting for them to call us back. During the issue is not resolved with Menulog we are suspending the serivce.
We have no issues with other delivery service so far.
